AMG Viajes is the trading name used by its owner.
2 · Activity and purpose
The activity of AMG Viajes comprises travel consultancy and advice, together with the coordination, planning and design of experiences, journeys and events. Where expressly contracted, the service may also include the coordination and accompaniment of the journey.
This website allows you to learn about the services, request information and assess whether a travel idea fits the way AMG Viajes works.
The website does not allow you to contract or pay for flights, accommodation, activities or any other third-party travel services. Those services are contracted and paid for directly by each traveller, or by the group's representative, to their respective suppliers.
3 · Prices and contracting
The information published is for guidance only and does not replace the commission document that the parties must accept before any paid service begins.
The design of the journey is advertised at a price of €500 plus VAT for the group as a whole. Coordination and accompaniment are quoted individually.
Before any payment, the scope of the service, the total price, the method of payment, the deadlines, the conditions for modification and, where applicable, the cancellation conditions will be provided in writing.
4 · Use of the website
Anyone using this website undertakes to provide truthful information and not to use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or in ways that may harm third parties.
Sending the form does not oblige AMG Viajes to accept the commission, nor does it in itself create a contractual relationship.
