2 · Data we collect
The form may collect identification and contact details of the person making the enquiry, general information about the group, and the details needed to understand the travel idea: destination, dates, budget, preferences, mobility, dietary or accessibility needs, and any other comments you choose to provide.
We do not request diagnoses, medical reports or clinical information. Please do not include them in the form.
The person submitting the form must be over 18 and should not provide unnecessary personal data about other travellers.
3 · Purposes and legal basis
The data is used to receive and review the request, to assess whether AMG Viajes can add value, to reply to the person concerned and, where appropriate, to prepare a conversation or a proposal.
The initial legal basis is the consent given when submitting the form. If the group commissions work, processing will also be necessary for pre-contractual measures and, subsequently, to perform the agreement and comply with legal obligations.
This data is not used to send advertising and is not sold to third parties.
4 · Retention
Requests that do not proceed are kept for a maximum of 12 months, in order to deal with any outstanding communication and to keep a basic record of the enquiry.
Where a contractual relationship exists, the necessary data and documents are kept for the periods required by the applicable tax, accounting and liability rules.
5 · Recipients and providers
Data is stored in the website's technical infrastructure and sent by email so that the request can be handled. This involves providers of web hosting, form handling and email, specifically DonDominio (web hosting and email) and Formspree (receipt and forwarding of the website forms, which keeps a copy of each request on its platform).
Data is not shared with travel suppliers at this first stage, unless you authorise it or it is necessary to prepare or perform a service already contracted. It may also be provided to the authorities where there is a legal obligation.
6 · International transfers
Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the processing must be covered by an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another safeguard recognised by data protection law.
7 · Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hola@amgviajes.com stating which right you wish to exercise. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
8 · Security and changes
Reasonable measures are applied to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or use. This policy may be updated when the service, the providers or the legal obligations change.
