Private journeys for groups of 10 to 20
You always end up organising it.
This time, just gather the group. I'll take care of the journey.
Tell me your ideaYou know how it starts.
Somebody suggests it in the group chat. Everyone says yes. Two weeks later there are twenty unread messages, three destinations on the table and nobody has booked a thing.
So you end up doing it. Hunting for hotels at eleven at night, chasing payments, juggling schedules. And when the trip is over, the clearest thing you remember is how much work it was.
This service exists so that this time you get to enjoy it too.
What you get
A document your group can actually decide on.
Not a list of links or a pretty brochure. A journey thought through from end to end, with every decision on the table and the reasoning behind it.
- The route day by day, with what you walk and what you don't.
- Two accommodation options at every stop, and why I recommend one.
- The decisions that change the trip, with their cost beside them.
- An indicative budget, named suppliers and a booking calendar.
- What could go wrong and what the alternative is.
- A single page to forward to the group, with the price and the deadlines.
A real eight-page example: Jordan, a hiking club of 16 people, eight days.
Who does this
Thirty-five years learning how to travel.
More than 85 countries as an international sales director, six years living in Copenhagen, and a second life as a guide and tour leader across Scandinavia, the Baltics and Lapland.
For three decades I organised, negotiated and solved problems on the ground with no team behind me. Then came six pilgrimages on foot, from Lisbon to Shikoku, which taught me to listen and to leave room for what wasn't planned.
“I don't sell destinations. I help turn a shared idea into a journey worth remembering.”
Meet AlejandroThese aren't trips to sign up for. They're stories to imagine your own.
Experiences I have lived myself, not packages with departure dates. They're here to open up possibilities for your own journey.

A service designed for one particular kind of group.
This is for you if…
- You are already a group: family, friends, a club or an association.
- There are 10 to 20 of you and you want a journey built around you.
- You'd rather hand over the research, the design and the coordination.
- You value good judgement and close attention.
This isn't for you if…
- You're looking for an open trip to join individually.
- You only need a single booking, or an off-the-shelf package.
- The only thing that matters is finding the lowest price.
- You'd rather not spend time talking about what you want to experience.
How it works
First we see whether we fit. Then I get to work.
You don't need to arrive with the destination decided. I do need to understand who you are, what you want to experience and what constraints we have to respect.
You tell me the idea
You fill in the form. I read every request before replying and decide whether I can genuinely add something.
We talk
A 30 to 45 minute conversation, no commitment. I arrive with a first draft of the journey already in my head.
I design the journey
We confirm the commission. I research, compare and turn your idea into a proposal of its own.
You get the dossier
In about 15 to 20 days I hand over the document and present it to you in person.
We make it happen
If you decide to travel, I coordinate the bookings and, if it makes sense, I come with you.
The price
€500 + VAT for the whole group.
That's the complete design of the journey, not a deposit and not a booking. In a group of fifteen it works out at just over thirty euros each.
Price for the group as a whole. Half on confirming the commission and half on delivery of the dossier.
How long it takes me from confirmation, depending on the complexity of the journey.
To request the round of adjustments included, after the presentation.
If I travel with you, this €500 is deducted.
When the group approves the design and asks me to accompany them on the trip, the design fee is deducted in full from that quote. Put another way: if you travel with me, the design has cost you nothing.
Nothing is reserved with this payment. Flights, accommodation and activities are contracted and paid separately, directly to each supplier. I take no commission from any of them.
The essentials, before we start.
The journey can still be wide open. The way I work isn't.
Do we need to know where we want to go?
No. You can come with a country, a celebration, or an idea that's still vague. The form and our first conversation are there to sort out the possibilities against your budget, the time you have and the way you want to travel.
What exactly do the €500 + VAT include?
The research and design of a complete proposal for the group, delivered as a dossier: the route day by day, reasoned options for transport, accommodation and experiences, named suppliers, an indicative budget, the key decisions and the alternatives. It also includes a presentation meeting and a reasonable round of adjustments. You can see a full sample dossier on this site.
How is the travel budget presented?
Always keeping the services in the destination (accommodation, transport, guides, activities), which is the most stable part, separate from the international flights, which change weekly and cannot be estimated reliably. That way, if a flight price jumps, you can see exactly what has changed and what has not. My coordination and accompaniment fees are quoted separately.
Do you take commission from hotels or suppliers?
No. I receive no commission from any hotel, ground operator or activity provider. You contract and pay each of them directly. That is what allows me to recommend a place because it suits you, not because it pays me most.
And if we do go ahead with the trip?
If you ask me to accompany you on the trip, the €500 design fee is deducted in full from that quote. If you travel with me, the design has cost you nothing.
How far in advance should we get in touch?
For a group of ten to twenty people, six to nine months ahead is sensible. It can be done with less, but the best accommodation and group flights start to close or get more expensive.
What happens if we end up not travelling?
The design phase ends with delivery, the presentation and, if you ask for it, the round of adjustments within the following 30 days. After that you can travel on your own with the dossier in hand, postpone the idea or stop there. There is no obligation to commission anything else.
Who books and pays for the services?
Each traveller, or the group's representative, contracts and pays flights, accommodation, activities and everything else directly to the suppliers. My services are invoiced separately, either as one invoice for the group or individually, as we agree.
Do you travel with the group?
If you only want the design, my work ends with the dossier. If you commission the coordination and accompaniment, you'll receive a personalised quote and I'll travel with you. I always work with local suppliers and guides in the destination, and the group has a contact number throughout the trip.
How much does coordination and accompaniment cost?
It is quoted separately, once the group approves the design and decides to go ahead. It depends on the destination, the duration, the number of travellers, and whether I only coordinate the bookings or also accompany you on the trip. If I accompany you, the €500 design fee is deducted from that quote.
You don't need to have it all decided.
Tell me your idea. From there we'll see whether I can help you turn it into your journey.
